All appointments are subject to approval, the reason for this is that not all skin can be a suitable candidate for this treatment; at the same time some medical conditions/medications may interfere with the procedure. One of our goals is to always inform our client of any contraindications, knowing in time gives us the opportunity to prepare our client for the procedure and this ensures a successful procedure.

* Hyperpigmentation, keloids, scarring in the area of work

We follow our local Health department guidelines, there for, the studio works by appointment only hours.

This varies from person to person, we all have different skin types and different lifestyles, for example someone who uses a lot of sun, beach, pools etc. their procedure will last less than someone who is not exposed to the elements.  Another type would be the health condition and medications they use. Another would be the care given to the tattoo.

Pain tolerance varies from person to person, we have had clients who fall asleep during the procedure and with very little topical anesthetic, at the same time we have had clients who only feel the pink of the machine on the skin feel pain. In either case we always have topical anesthetics on hand if needed. Our goal is for our clients to be very comfortable and relaxed during the procedure.

The aesthetic and artistic side of our practice is essential, but just as important is protecting our clients from contamination and infections  
diseases. Our Studio closely follows the recommendations of the O.S.H.A. and our local health department. We take pride in keeping our shop as clean and free of contamination as possible. For each client, our staff uses sterile single use needles, we wear a clean gown, mask, gloves; all tools, contact surfaces and furniture in the procedure room are disinfected using EPA- registered disinfectants. As a matter of fact, we have follow this protocols even before Covid.

To eliminate the guessing factor, we use various methods to get the right shape for each client, for example, I use the bone structure of their face, the symmetry in their faces. Also, I use different tools to get the correct shape, width, length and eyebrow shape. When I am done with their shape, I show it to the client so that together we can make the necessary adjustments to their satisfaction.The same is done with the eyebrow color; I give the client a color selection to choose from, these colors are based on the color of their skin, eyes and natural hair color.   We pride ourselves in using pigments and anesthetic creams that come directly from the distributors. This ensures the accuracy of the product.  In the end, the customer has the final say!

Normally it takes two and a half hours, however, as I said before, all clients' skin and bone structure are different. So in one client the pigment will go away easily, in others it will not. One client may become irritated to the touch (this will push us to work slowly) another will not (this will make the thing go faster and smoother), So that is going to say that two and a half is the average however it may take longer. So give yourself plenty of time when planning your appointment.

We take cash, Check and Credit cards( credit card come with a transaction fee of the 3%
The balance must be pay at the end of the appointment.
